Bill Seifert saw an opportunity while working at State Farm Insurance — homeowners and drivers needed glass repair to come to them, not the other way around. He founded Mister Glass as the first company in Dallas to offer on-site auto glass repair, loading up his truck and driving to customers' homes and businesses. It was a simple idea that changed the industry.
Growing the Legacy
Lawrence Seifert took the reins from his father and expanded Mister Glass beyond auto glass into residential and commercial services — frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, storefront installations, and more. The company grew into the largest independently owned glass shop in the Dallas area.
The Next Generation
Addison Seifert stepped in as the third-generation owner, bringing a modern approach while keeping the family values that built the business. Today, Mister Glass serves thousands of customers across the DFW metroplex with a team of 20+ skilled technicians — still family-owned, still putting customers first.
